Green Industrial Cart Applications

A completed piece of Ag equipment is loaded on a large 8klb. capacity cart for transport to shipping prep and outside to shipment staging.  Two and three cart trains are pulled through the plant and outside with a tractor.	Large boom components that are part of a piece of Ag equipment are staged outside in the yard awaiting shipping prep and final loading.  The same cart (or train of carts) will circulate throughout the plant at various stages of the build cycle.
Worker unloads a long mixed train of 4’ and 8’ flat deck carts at one time.  This eliminates many extra runs of a forklift (more energy and time) to handle bulky boxes.	Operator tows two 8’ flat deck stock picker carts with 1200lb. of load on each cart to shipping dock.  Operator may tow up to 4 or 5  of these carts depending on the loads.
6-wheel presentation cart allows operator to easily move, lift and rotate 1500lb. loads.  Presentation upper allows parts to be secured in “book frame” style shelf.  No paper, cardboard or any other packaging waste is required.  Entire cart or upper presentation frame is returned to warehouse, market or supplier for “refilling”.
