Weld Dunnage Lid (top cap) Support Pegs Front deck, in front of handle, has two vertical pegs welded to the frame. Dunnage top caps or seperator sheets may be stored between the handle and the pegs during the unload or load process. See CAD drawing for details. Remove two bolts and cradle lifts off of cart. Use for box containers, small pallets, small wire containers, etc. Precision Sealed Wheel and Swivel (rotational deck if appplicable) Bearings Rotation: 3 or 5 sealed 1450 lbs. capacity bearings mounted in welded bearing blocks. Wheels: sealed precision wheel bearings on all load bearing wheels. "Operator No-Bend" Heavy-Duty Auto-Hitch and Self Stowing, Reinforced Towbar Hitch: compact 3 1/2" h, 5K lbs. rated auto-hitch, ASTM 572 tongue. Towbar: solid steel reinforced welded tubing, ASTM 572 2 1/2" inside diameter x 5/8" eyelette, towbar spring balanced for floating connection or vertical stowing. Heavy Duty Floor Lock w/Auto-Release (towbar activated) 2 1/2" floor clearance with heavy duty replacable pad, towbar down releases floor lock to prevent dragging. Rated Material Load Capacity (to meet standard ergo-tests) Capacity is based on tare weight of cart, a wheel system designed to keep frame from skidding when tugged through turns particularly when empty and typical load/frequency/distance ergo limits. Leak-proof Deck Containment Pan Steel overflow tray is formed from one piece and welded onto deck structure. Dimensions are 25" x 25" x 3" deep. Built-in 11 Gallon Capacity Overflow Pig Pallet 8" deep polypropylene base with high impact 27" x 27" plastic grid deck. Holds 11 gallons of fluid, no drain plug provided. |
